RADIOLOGY

At Centra Imaging we are concerned with patient health. We aim to provide accurate diagnostic results for radiology, and for general x-rays, CT scans and ultrasounds, delivering reports in minimal time in order to facilitate appropriate treatment.

We have radiology offices at Macquarie and Eastwood, both of which provide an extensive range of other diagnostic services. Having the various services in one location s convenient for patients and allows for faster results and for reports that combine these results. Refering doctors can be given have hard copy and online access to all relevant patient information.

Macquarie Park radiation patients and Ryde radiology patients are catered to by our Macquarie centre radiology department. North Ryde radiology patients, Marsfield radiology, are treated at the Eastwood office. Apart from the Multi-slice CT scan at Macquarie both our Eastwood and Macquarie diagnostic centres are equally modern and well equipped. Both Clinics have

Please have your doctor’s referral, Medicare details and any other relavent insurance information available for your appointment. Bring any previous radiology results that might be relevant to your treatment.

Medicare details allow us to bulk bill most treatments.

Radiology treatment may use intravenous iodine, which causes severe allergic reactions in a few individuals. Always advise your doctor and the staff of any medical conditions or family history of medical conditions that might affect your radiology treatment.
